How long do I need allow for my order?

We appreciate as much time as possible. This allows for any delays with delivery and packing of your order, ensuring it arrives order on time. Most items are in stock & will be sent once payment is received. If your order is urgent please let us know, otherwise allow 5 - 7 working days for packing & shipping. We will always try to have your order to you before this where possible.

NB If there are any delays with your order you will be notified.

Do you assemble the boxes on my behalf?

Yes! Most of our gift boxes offer an ‘Assembled Price’ which will mean your order will come assembled for you if you select this option. If this isn’t offered, feel free to contact us for a quote.

Can you delivery my order to the event venue instead of posting it to me directly?

Yes! We will happily take the stress out of you having to organise delivery of your gifts. You can leave the details in the comments section when checking out or contact us directly to arrange delivery.

NB This is a limited option, please contact us to see if your venue is within our delivery area

Can I purchase samples?

Yes! Sometimes it is hard to judge what a colour really looks like or how big a product is until you have it in your hand. Please contact us for any samples.

Can we meet up in person to talk about a buffet or what products might suit my event best?

Yes! Our studio will be opening in April 2012 which will by appointment only. We are also able to come to a suburb close to you. The first coffee is on us!

Do you have a showroom we can visit?

Soon, very soon. Our studio will hopefully be opening early April 2012, located on the Gold Coast.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

No we don't, we are a retail store only. If you're a reception venue would like to set up an account and use us as a supplier, please contact us for more information.

Can I hire any of your vases for my own buffet?

Unfortunately, we don't hire out vases separately. We will opening our DIY section in March 2012 with many other products available to style your own buffet and the glassware will hopefully be included by the end of the year.
