Just Love to Give will hope that you never have to send anything back but if this is the case, please read the below information carefully.
We will accept returns you purchased from us if they are faulty or not as described. You must contact us with 48hours of receiving your purchase and receive an authorisation number before you send any goods back (must be sent back within 7 working days of your receipt). If you don't not do this please note Just Love to Give reserves the right to refuse your return. We will notify you via e-mail of your approved exchange or issue a 12mth credit note once we've received and processed the returned item.
Just Love to Give's return policy does not apply to:
* Items returned after your event date
* Personalised items or custom coloured
* Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (including underwear, earrings and swimwear).
* Sale items. Sale items are purchased as seen and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 40 items or more
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt.
Please note also, if your order is sent without a prior approval (an authorisation number) then you will be responsible for any/all freight costs incurred in the shipping and back shipping of merchandise. If you return any goods (with a authorisation number) and they are found NOT to be faulty and/or incorrectly described, a 25% restocking fee will be charged as well as any/all applicable delivery charges. You will only be refunded any shipping costs incurred with the purchase of your returned item/s if we made an error on your order or there is damage to your order in shipping.
Just Love to Give strives to sell products of the highest standards. Slight variations may occur due to the fact that many items are handcrafted. The safe arrival of very fragile items such as candles or items made of ceramic or glass and/or edible items such as confectionery during the warmer months cannot be guarantee.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within seven days of receipt of the item to info@justlovetogive.com.au and we will contact you ASAP.
