An agreement between the customer (purchaser) and Just Love to Give is made once the goods leave our premises. The risk of the goods is then passed onto the purchaser. Any delivery of the goods made to a person acting on behalf of the purchaser e.g. friend/relative, carrier or representative, will be considered as a delivery to the purchaser. Additional freight and transit insurance apart from what is supplied with the delivery use of our chosen Courier Company is the responsibility of the purchaser and is excluded from the price of goods sold and the postage costs.

We cannot guarantee the arrival of products for a specific date but can give you a guide of when it should be expected. However, we understand that you are ordering your goods for a specific date and purpose and we will do our best to have your order to you in time for when it is required. It is important for this reason to supply us with your event and/or wedding date or the date required in the comments section when checking out.

At this point unfortunately we do not offer a pick up service. All orders will be subject to our Postage guidelines.
